Payment

Delivery

  • Delivery options, timescales and charges are explained on our Delivery & Returns page and shown at checkout.
  • Any delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed, but we will use reasonable efforts to deliver within the indicated timeframe.
  • Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide. Ownership passes once we have received full payment.

Cancellations, Returns And Refunds

  • Certain items, including custom or made‑to‑order products, may not be eligible for cancellation or return except where faulty or misdescribed.
  • Refunds will usually be made using the original payment method, once returned items have been received and inspected.

Custom And Made‑to‑Order Items

  • For custom or made‑to‑order items, details such as sizes, finishes and fabrics are confirmed at the time of ordering.
  • These items are produced specifically for you and are non‑refundable once production has begun, except in the case of fault or error on our part.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, design and software, is owned by or licensed to FH Furniture and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may view, print and download material for personal, non‑commercial use only.
  • You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
